"Hey Dave, Scott Adams at the Billings Montana hey I just wanted to give you some feedback on the DialogCoach I had an opportunity to work with Dave groves in South Dakota and we made a cold call this morning. We walked to the account and the lady was pretty standoffish to us and Dave made a nice presentation of introducing himself and telling her who he was and what we were there for. She basically told us that seven years ago our T.M. that no longer works for us had basically told her to go to h***. So now when someone from Ecolab walks in the door she basically tells us to go to h***. So David proceeded to use the DialogCoach said I understand where you’re coming from you know I’m sure you’ve hired someone in the past that didn’t quite work out and the same is for Ecolab. And we kind of resolved the problem. And it was amazing how her mood towards us changed and she started to be more receptive. We didn’t get the account then and there but she did offer that we could come back and do the survey. So it was just kind of neat to see how it worked. It was kind of funny we both walked out the door and looked at each other and said oh why h*** it actually works. It was kind of cool to see how it worked. You can tell Dave has really been using the program and he’s studying it and it just came natural and it’s paying off. So kudos to Dave and kudos to you guys for getting us the program.
